NUS Geography Challenge 2024

In addition, Tan Jie Yee Megan (S402) received a prize for being the Top Performing Student for the Preliminary Round's Individual component, among 488 students from 122 schools across Singapore.
Our girls also emerged as 2nd Runner-Ups for the Grand Finals' Team Component.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the Teacher-mentors for their unwavering guidance and support throughout the competition.
The NUS Geography Challenge is an annual Geography competition organised by the NUS Department of Geography and NUS Geographical Society, with support from the Ministry of Education. The competition hopes to ignite the passion of secondary school students and inspire them to develop a keen interest in the dynamic discipline of Geography. Through this challenge, students will learn about world issues and how Geography can empower them to respond to these issues.
